We are looking for a young professional with 0 - 1 years of experience in a support role (4th years students are accepted), to join our team as a Technical Support Engineer that will support client products from a major network infrastructure manufacturer, working directly with the partners and customers.
You will provide L1 and L2 support for VARs, Distributors, service providers, enterprise customers, and end users via telephone, e-mail, and web, you need to have knowledge in IP networking in layers 2-4 (TCP/IP, Ethernet, VLANs, VLAN stacking QoS, STP,RSTP, OSPF,RIP, VRRP,IGMP,MPLS, Multicast routing protocols).
If you have also all 4 CCNA certifications, will be a big plus. The working program is on shifts to cover 7am - 21pm.
