- You are a fluent speaker of German/ Polish or Czech/ Slovak language
- You have minimum technical knowledge of mobile telephony or are a fast learner
- You are interested in new technologies
- You feel comfortable to communicate with people and, at the same time, you are a good and active listener
- You are into sales or have a taste for challenge
- You are open to sharing knowhow and have the patiente and ability to explain
- You are curious by nature
You advise and accompany our customers by phone, in order to offer a quick and suitable solution and thus obtain satisfaction and build loyalty.
Your main tasks should be:
- Assisting customers (on the phone and via email) with their complains over their phone incidents
- Identifying the product breakdown and establishing a first technical diagnosis of problems with a phone outage
- Performing online tests and confirming whether the fault is the customer\’s or the product’s.
- Handling Back Office application
